The course.
The start is FAST! Dash down Selwyn Place, enjoying the slight downhill, then hook a sharp right onto Church Street.
From Church Street take another right onto the bustling Hardy Street. Here, the energy of spectators enjoying an afternoon drink as they take in The Spectacle will carry you up a slight uphill.
Hang a right onto Hope Street and then another right to come hooning back down Selwyn Place. Here, the energy of the cheering spectators gathered on the Cathedral Steps will lift you up as you continue onto your second lap.
All mile runners run 2.15 laps.
The Rules.
